A leading company seeks a Lifeguard to supervise the pool area, ensuring safety and cleanliness while providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma and relevant certifications, with responsibilities including first aid and pool maintenance.
General Purpose:
University Club of Milwaukee is excited to announce the exceptional career of opportunity of Lifeguard. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Supervises members and guests in and around pool area while enforcing all water safety policies and procedures.
Essential Duties:
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Frequently uses hands, talks and hears. Regularly stands and sits. Occasionally walks, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather); near fumes or airborne particles, and near toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise level is moderate.
Certificates/Licenses:
CPR, First Aid Certification, various Water Safety/Instructor Certifications
