Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School in Braintree, MA is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to ensure a safe pool environment and deliver friendly, professional service to families. Current Red Cross Lifeguard certification is required, with year-round shifts and potential onboarding in Norwood this July/August.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe pool environment.
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Communicate effectively with all staff and members.
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome.
• Report to manager if complaints are unresolved.
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every interaction.

We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Braintree, MA.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate*
• Must be able to onboard at our Norwood location beginning in July or August. Summer shifts are available at the Norwood location only.
• Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified (Red Cross).

As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation. We teach children ages 4 months to adults.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Lifeguard Certification (Preferred) But we can train!
