Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the planning, integration, and validation of complex systems across their entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate will translate customer needs into viable, cost-effective hardware and software solutions with rigorous analysis and traceable requirements.

Role involves technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and lifecycle management from concept to disposal.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Experience analyzing system performance, cost, risk, and operational effectiveness.
• Understanding of full systems engineering lifecycle from concept to disposal.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technical planning and analysis to support total system development.
• Conduct lifecycle engineering activities from concept through disposal.
• Lead or support system integration across hardware and software components.
• Perform verification and validation to ensure performance and requirements compliance.
• Conduct cost, schedule, risk, and supportability analyses to inform design decisions.
• Translate customer needs into practical system solutions balancing performance, cost, and schedule.
• Develop interface definitions and specifications for interoperability.
• Execute trade studies and evaluations to optimize system performance.
• Support modeling, simulation, and analyses to compare design options.
