SoundCloud is seeking a experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a 3-month temporary engagement. This remote-eligible role focuses on sustaining creator lifecycle programs, owning day-to-day email execution, testing, and reporting for creators.

You will work with existing programs to hit key engagement, downloads and subscription targets. The role requires 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, strong multichannel expertise, HTML/CSS and AI coding basics, and familiarity with email compliance and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing and program ownership.
• Deep experience with email, push and in-app channels.
• Proven ability to build and run testing programs.
• Familiarity with MoEngage or Braze is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and AI coding basics.

Responsabilités

• Run and optimize lifecycle programs across channels to boost engagement, downloads and subscriptions.
• Own end-to-end email execution, scheduling, QA, and design coordination.
• Build audience segments and prioritize opportunities with teams and partners.
• Use multivariate testing to iterate and scale effective campaigns.
• Track performance and share results and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts to identify learnings and growth opportunities.
• Document status of programs and handoffs when the manager returns.
