Notch is AI built for regulated industries. We give insurers, brokers, and banks one system for how work happens: a Workspace that turns everything that arrives into structured work, and a Workforce that runs repeatable processes end to end inside the systems teams already use. Every agent works inside rules the customer sets, and every action is auditable.
We ran as a licensed MGA in 47 states before we wrote a line of this platform, so compliance is our foundation. We are growing quickly and investing heavily in how we generate and convert pipeline. Our marketing team runs on high ownership, high velocity, and a focus on real outcomes.
The markets we sell into run on long, multi‑threaded sales cycles that depend on relationship building and multi‑touch marketing. We are hiring a Lifecycle & Marketing Operations Manager to drive and optimize our funnel by building systems and running campaigns that move prospects closer to a buying decision. That takes CRM mastery and close collaboration with marketing and sales. Our customer base is early, so winning customers comes first, and retention programs will grow in scope as the base grows. You will build the systems while you operate them, so we need someone comfortable balancing long‑term planning with short‑term execution.
