Google LLC is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Gemini to lead CRM strategies that grow user engagement across Gemini apps. You will collaborate with marketing, product, policy, support, and engineering, plus agencies, to design communications that educate and delight users at key lifecycle moments.

You will shape lifecycle experiences, drive adoption of Gemini features, and apply data-driven insights to improve results across multiple teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy and the related Martech roadmap to enable user delight across multiple touchpoints.
• Maintain and manage data structures across systems to ensure smooth orchestration operations, trigger-based automations, and one-off communications.
• Utilize CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and communicate results and insights to team leads and partner teams.
• Partner with our Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure all touchpoints are on-brand and impactful.
• Prioritize, test, and launch experiments and campaigns across a user's lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding and activation, to feature adoption, churn prevention, and resurrection.
