Job summary

Google LLC is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Google Gemini to lead CRM strategies that drive user growth across Gemini’s Apps. You will partner with marketing, product, policy, support and engineering to design and deliver communications that educate and delight Gemini users at key moments in their lifecycle.

You’ll work with global teams across time zones, apply data-driven insights, and coordinate with agencies/vendors to ensure on-brand experiences that showcase Gemini’s AI features

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy to enable user delight across touchpoints.
• Maintain and manage data structures across systems for orchestration and automations.
• Utilize CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and share insights with teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure on-brand touchpoints.
• Prioritize, test, and launch lifecycle campaigns from acquisition to resurrection.
