Job summary

Raytheon in TEWKSBURY, MA is seeking a Logistics & Supportability Systems Engineer II to join the Life Cycle Engineering group. You will work with engineering teams, program leadership, and customers to ensure logistics, sustainment, and supportability requirements are integrated across the product life cycle.

This role requires a DoD Secret clearance; travel up to 10% may be needed. You’ll develop detailed supportability analyses, provisioning data, and spares analyses to improve program

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis, logistics, CM, or PDM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supportability analyses and provisioning data, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements and overall system-level objectives.
• Apply advanced logistics principles and analytical judgment to develop and enhance complex program-level concepts and plans with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and program teams—including Chief Engineers, Program Managers, and customers to provide data-driven supportability insights that influence technical and program decisions.
• Lead or support spares analysis and spares availability modeling, identifying improvements to methods and data quality.
• Work autonomously within your technical area, contributing to moderately complex projects and establishing objectives that support broader program and life-cycle goals.
• Domestic or international travel may be required up to 10%.
