Job summary
WITHIN is seeking an Email Designer to join our Lifecycle team in New York. You will translate campaign strategies into polished, on-brand email designs across lifecycle touchpoints.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of digital design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and developers to deliver mobile-first, accessible emails.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional digital design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design fundamentals.
- Experience designing email, CRM, lifecycle, or e-commerce marketing creative is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, high-quality email creative for a portfolio of client brands.
- Translate briefs, campaigns, and brand guidelines into effective email designs.
- Develop reusable email templates and modular design systems.
- Design with a mobile-first and responsive mindset for multiple devices.
- Collaborate with copywriters, lifecycle strategists, account teams, and email/CRM developers.
- Prepare and organize design files and assets for developer handoff.
- Stay current on email, CRM, and digital design trends.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
