Job summary

WITHIN is seeking an Email Designer to join our Lifecycle team. You’ll translate campaign strategies and brand guidelines into polished email designs across promotional campaigns, product launches, newsletters, and automated journeys.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of digital design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and developers to deliver on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally with email, CRM, lifecycle, or e‑commerce marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work and visual fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color, imagery, and brand consistency
• Experience designing responsive, mobile‑first digital experiences
• Understanding of email‑specific design considerations and limitations
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while elevating the creative
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work in a fast‑paced environment
