Qualifications

• At least four years in a B2B digital capacity in life sciences or similarly technical sector.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and automation platforms.
• Proven ability to connect digital programme activity to commercial pipeline growth with analytics and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand generation and design campaigns that drive pipeline.
• Run automation workflows, segment audiences, and develop lead nurturing programmes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Development, and Product Management on ABM initiatives.
• Partner with scientists and content experts to translate complex material into campaigns across web, email, paid media, webinars and digital events.
• Measure success by qualified leads and pipeline contribution with a data-driven mindset.
