Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to organize and control engineering information for complex manufactured products.

You will work with technical and production teams to keep drawings, part data, and design updates accurate as projects move from engineering into manufacturing. Responsibilities include maintaining BOMs and related records, coordinating revisions across teams, releasing current documentation for manufacturing, and ensuring proper history

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical information within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with BOMs, drawing revisions, ECO/ECR processes, and change control.
• Experience using PLM, PDM, or engineering document management software.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with multiple engineering disciplines and production teams.
• Aerospace, defense, electronics, or other complex manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of configuration management standards such as EIA-649 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain engineering records throughout the product lifecycle
• Process design revisions and coordinate changes across affected teams
• Maintain BOMs, part information, drawings, and related technical records
• Ensure current documentation is properly released and available to manufacturing
• Track revisions and maintain accurate historical records of product changes
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams to resolve documentation issues
