Job summary

Warrant Technologies, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Configuration Management Specialist to ensure configuration and product data integrity across lifecycle of complex systems. You will support configuration documentation, change control, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, logistics, and depot stakeholders.

Candidates with Navy/DoD CM, MBPS experience, or related product support disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration management, technical data management, integrated logistics support, product support, or a closely related field.
• Experience supporting complex technical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or defense-related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and change records.
• Experience using ERP, PLM, or other controlled data/configuration systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Configuration Overhaul Plans (COPs), ILS certifications, and related configuration documentation.
• Manage configuration data to ensure documentation is accurate, reviewed, traceable, and properly implemented.
• Coordinate with engineering, integration, depot, logistics, and program stakeholders to maintain alignment on configuration requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and related documentation to ensure products reflect the correct configuration baseline.
