RTI Consulting, LLC seeks a senior subject matter expert to manage the software acquisition lifecycle for DoW/IC programs. You will drive end-to-end procurement, licensing strategies, and SAM asset management, coordinating with customers and government personnel to ensure compliant, efficient actions.
Requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and extensive experience with FAR/DFAR and agency implementations like NARI; active TS/SCI considered or required.

Position Description: As a senior subject matter expert in the software acquisition lifecycle, this individual serves as a key authority within the Customer PEBS/SAM office. This role is responsible for orchestrating and managing the total lifecycle of software assets across the agency, from procurement to retirement. This individual provides critical analysis, strategic recommendations, and hands-on support to ensure a cohesive, compliant, and efficient agency-wide approach to software acquisition and management, enabling government leadership to make informed investment and strategy decisions.
