WiSC Enterprises, LLC seeks an experienced analyst to support the acquisition lifecycle across programs. You will independently develop key acquisition documents, participate in program meetings, and coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure timely, well-supported procurement actions.

The role requires crafting SOWs/PWS, leading evaluations, and monitoring performance from an acquisition perspective. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; U.S. GSA compliant.
• 3–10 years DoW/IC acquisitions lifecycle experience.
• Experience developing SOWs, PWS, and evaluation criteria.
• Experience monitoring program cost, risk, schedule, and performance from an acquisition view.

Responsabilidades

• Lead validation of program requirements within contract vehicle scope.
• Develop procurement packages: schedules, financial plans, SOWs, eval criteria.
• Lead technical evaluation of contractor proposals and document findings.
• Monitor contract execution and identify corrective actions.
