Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking an analyst to support the full acquisition lifecycle for government programs in the United States. The role focuses on independently developing key documentation such as SOWs, PWS, MREs, and Justifications & Approvals, while coordinating with technical and financial teams.

The candidate will assist in IGCE development, attend program reviews, and ensure requirements are clearly defined and funded for contract actions. Strong DoD IC acquisition experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant DoD IC acquisitions experience.
• Experience in the full lifecycle of DoW or IC acquisitions.
• Experience developing SOWs, PWS, and other docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWS, MRs, J&As).
• Assist in IGCE preparation from cost data.
• Participate in program meetings and capture impacts.
• Coordinate with ISPs, engineering, and finance to fund contracts.
• Review deliverables for the government program manager.
