We’re hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and marketing-obsessed Lifecycle Account Manager to lead client accounts, own retention strategies, and oversee flawless delivery across email and SMS.

Our client is a high-performance email marketing agency serving bold, design-led DTC brands. From cult-favorite wellness startups to breakout fashion and lifestyle names, our clients demand top-tier strategy, visuals, and execution — and we deliver. Every campaign is polished. You’re not here to delegate and disappear!
You’ll be deeply involved in ClickUp, Figma links, copy reviews, flow logic, and campaign timelines — working closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to push deliverables across the finish line.

This role demands strong instincts, exceptional organization, and expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo, email flows, and lifecycle strategy.

You’re the one who knows the why and the how.
Responsibilities include:

  • Owning 4–6 client relationships and driving end-to-end campaign and flow execution
  • Translating strategy into deliverables and ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight
  • Proactively managing workflows in ClickUp and keeping internal teams aligned
  • Conducting final reviews of emails and flows before client delivery (visual, copy, tech)
  • Creating and managing campaign sending calendars, flow build timelines, and rollout plans
  • Serving as the retention lead in client calls, providing strategic insights and performance insights
  • Auditing and QA of Klaviyo flows — supporting troubleshooting and light build work when needed
  • Proactively identifying growth opportunities across accounts, from segmentation to A/B testing to upsell strategies
  • 3+ years in retention/email marketing or lifecycle strategy, ideally in an agency capacity
  • Klaviyo Expert Certified (mandatory) — fluency in the platform and ability to troubleshoot or build when needed
  • English skills C1-C2!
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email/SMS) for DTC/eCommerce brands
  • Background in agency or fast-paced client-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, timely, polished
  • Operate with ownership, urgency, and extreme attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of ClickUp, Figma, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Deep understanding of email flows — from structure and filtering to segmentation
