Boys & Girls Clubs Of The Valley — Kingman Branch seeks a Life & Workforce Readiness Manager. This full-time role leads program development, supervises youth and staff, recruits partners, and manages life and workforce readiness initiatives to drive designated outcomes.

Responsibilities include club operations, outreach to schools, and collaboration with AZ Youthforce, with emphasis on teen programming, safety, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ years in youth development or related experience.
• Must obtain/maintain CPR & First Aid certification within 90 days.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of staff, members, volunteers, facility, and Club assets.
• Support recruitment, member retention, and attendance goals.
• Foster relationships with community partners and schools.
• Open/close the Club and supervise during operating hours.
• Lead planning, development, and evaluation of programs to meet outcomes.
• Promote teen programming and measure participation data.
• Maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and management.

JOB SUMMARY

The Full-Time Life & Workforce Readiness Manager is responsible for developing programs, activities, andservicesthatprepare youthandteensforsuccessbycreatingasafeandpositiveClubenvironment that facilitates achievement and results in designated outcomes. Responsibilities include: Club operations, program management, supervision of members, recruitment, maintaining community partnerships, facilitating life & workforce readiness programming in collaboration with AZ Youthforce, supportingoutreacheffortsinschools,andsupervisionofanypart-timeYouthDevelopmentSpecialists that are tied specifically to teen programming.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

EDUCATIONand/orEXPERIENCE,LICENSUREand CERTIFICATION

• Mustbeatleast21yearsofage
• Mustpossessahighschooldiplomaorequivalencycertificateand6 youthdevelopment or related experience
• Mustobtain/maintainacurrentCPR&FirstAidcertification(within first90daysof employment)
• MusthaveandmaintainavalidArizonadriver'slicense
