CMC Recruiting seeks an experienced Financial Services Advisor to join a well-established team with offices in Estero and Naples, FL. The position offers a base plus tiered incentives and bonuses, with about 40 kept appointments per month and an expectation of earning $100K+ in total compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, investments or retirement planning.
• Comfortable discussing investments, retirement assets and life insurance.
• Licensed or able to obtain required life, annuity and securities licenses.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing clients and prospects generated by the agency.
• Manage approximately 40 kept client appointments per month; aim for two meetings per day.
• Identify opportunities across life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, 401(k) rollovers, and related products.
• Understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation to application and implementation.
• Build deeper relationships within an established book of business.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Partner with the broader team to maximize agency opportunities.
