Advisor Talent Management is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor for a full-time, on-site position in Florida. You will join our growing office network and work to acquire new clients using warm leads, focusing on retirement and wealth planning. Comprehensive training is provided to implement our advisory process.

This role emphasizes building client relationships, closing new business, and leveraging an existing track record in financial planning and investments. A Series 65/66 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial advisory services.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Financial Advisor. You will join one of our rapidly growing Florida offices, with potential opportunities to help establish a new office location based on experience and business needs.

The Lead Financial Advisor will be responsible for acquiring new clients through pre-scheduled, in-person appointments with qualified, vetted prospects. Our firm provides high-quality office space, advanced technology, and a consistent flow of warm leads, allowing advisors to focus on building relationships and closing new business. Comprehensive training on our proven advisory process is provided, along with the resources and support needed to maximize success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of acquiring new clients
• Experience in financial planning, retirement planning, and wealth management
• Strong knowledge of finance and investments
• Series 65 or Series 66
