Claire Myers Consulting in Estero/ Naples, Florida, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Advisor to join a well-established, growing team. This role focuses on life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, 401(k) rollovers, and related financial products, with meetings scheduled for you and an established client base.

The position is primarily in-office with earned flexibility, offering a compensation structure that targets $100K+ total compensation, plus bonuses and incentives.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with existing clients and prospects generated by the agency
• Manage approximately 40 kept client appointments per month, with a goal of two meetings per day
• Identify opportunities across life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, 401(k) rollovers, variable annuities, and related financial products
• Understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage opportunities from the initial conversation through application and implementation
• Build deeper relationships within an established book of business
• Maintain consistent follow-up and independently manage a strong pipeline
• Partner with the broader team to maximize opportunities across the agency
