Bachelor Degree in a related field, such as education, psychology, etc., and at least two years of relevant experience in working on skills development with individuals with developmental disabilities
OR
If a Bachelor degree is in an unrelated field, staff must have a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
OR
High School Diploma or GED Certificate and at least five years of relevant experience in working on skills development with individuals with developmental disabilities.
A Safe driving record, current driver's license, personal vehicle, and current motor vehicle liability insurance are required if providing transportation. *Required
