Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Life Skills Specialist to support adults with substance use disorders in the 3C Program at Ridgeview in Gibsonia, PA. You will help implement treatment plans, coordinate with team members, and transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities include leading life skills activities, orienting new clients, and assisting with daily schedules and administrative tasks in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license in good standing.
Ability to transport clients in a company vehicle.

Help implement client treatment plans by communicating and coordinating with relevant team members.
Accompany and transport clients as assigned using a company vehicle.
Welcome new clients and orient them to the unit, program, and treatment environment.
Support clients as they learn about 12-step principles and practices, including Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
Lead individual and group activities that help clients develop practical life skills.
Oversee and support the daily schedule for 3C Program clients.
Complete clerical and administrative tasks that support client care and program operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pyramid Healthcare at Ridgeview provides comprehensive, client-centered treatment for adults with substance use disorders. We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Life Skills Specialist to help clients strengthen their recovery and build the skills they need for daily living.
