RBR Alliance, Inc. in Indiana is looking for a Life Skills Instructor to provide direct support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves promoting independence and teaching daily living skills in a safe residential environment.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma is preferred.

Position includes a $350 sign-on bonus for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for residents.
• Provide instruction in daily living skills including personal care and social skills.
• Monitor and document resident progress and goal achievement.
