Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a residential setting serving individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for residents.
• Provide instruction in daily living skills including personal care and social skills.
• Support residents in developing independence and achieving individualized goals.
