Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Instructor across vocational training, community integration, leisure, and independent living.
• Communicate professionally with the team, families, and stakeholders.
• Foster a warm, supportive environment with appropriate rapport and boundaries.
• Support behavior and classroom management; implement behavior plans and provide redirection.
• Collect, organize, and track data related to participant goals and progress; maintain documentation.
• Ensure participant safety on campus, in the community, and during transportation.
• Provide transportation for participants as needed while adhering to safety rules.
• Assist with paperwork for funding and program operations; complete attendance logs and activity records.
• Perform other duties that support program operations and participant success.
