Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living.
• Cook meals and assist with personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Support participation in day programs and community outings.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and teach new skills.
• Report health and safety concerns and maintain accurate documentation.
