Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Coach to lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback, while conducting daily 1:1 motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives.

The role is full-time and on-site, with relocation support to available campuses including Scottsdale, OKC, Nashville, and Austin/Dallas/TX. You’ll guide students toward 100% weekly app goals and high engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Comfortable delivering motivation and life-skills coaching while showing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking and feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer mastery assessments and re-coach until mastery is achieved.
• Adapt workshop playbook to reach a diverse age range (kindergarten to 8th grade).
• Be the trusted adult who upholds standards and supports students.
