Job summary

Alpha is hiring to coach K-8 students through high-energy life skills workshops and targeted coaching. You’ll lead one-hour sessions that develop communication, resilience, focus, leadership, and other durable skills.

You’ll coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and Alpha's motivation systems to help every student hit ambitious weekly goals and demonstrate true mastery.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth or students in an educational setting.
• Ability to engage K-8 learners and manage group dynamics.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until students demonstrate competence.
• Adapt coaching style across different age groups to meet diverse needs.
• Analyze weekly performance data to improve outcomes for the cohort.
