You’ll work on-site at multiple campuses across the US, shaping a culture of resilience, focus, and ownership in K-8 learners. This role offers relocation support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coaching students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems.
• Assessing life skill mastery through Test2Pass and providing targeted coaching.
• Adapting coaching style across elementary and middle school students.
• Analyzing weekly student performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes.
