Job summary

Alpha reimagines how students build real-world skills by pairing adaptive AI-powered learning with expert coaching. This Education Coach role focuses on in-person engagement at Alpha campuses, delivering high-energy life skills workshops and motivating students to achieve ambitious weekly goals.

You will coach groups and individuals, use Coachbot analytics to tailor approaches, and assess progress with Test2Pass assessments, helping students gain confidence and mastery in core skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to work in person at an Alpha campus (relocation support not specified).

Responsibilities

• Leading high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coaching students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems.
• Assessing life skill mastery through Test2Pass assessments and coaching to competency.
• Adapting coaching style across elementary and middle school students.
• Analyzing weekly student performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes.
