Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Parlin, NJ (Middlesex County). The role involves one-to-one support for an adult with developmental disabilities, coaching daily living and independence skills, and creating positive routines.

You will spend time on recreation, community participation, and documentation while maintaining safety and following individualized support plans. Schedule: Mon 3–5 PM, Wed/Fri 3–6 PM; Driving on shift required. Location: Parlin, NJ 08859.

Qualifications

• Dependable, engaging and patient with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, education, recreation, behavioral health, human services, disability support, or caregiving is a plus.
• Ability to commit reliably to exact schedule.
