Job summary

You will monitor and coordinate care, delivering life skills training in collaboration with the care team to youth and adults with co-occurring mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to transport clients in personal vehicles as needed.
