Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Life Sciences CRM Solutions Architect to lead architecture, solution design, and evolution of CRM solutions for life sciences clients. The role centers on Veeva Vault CRM with leadership across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and legacy Veeva environments.

The position requires extensive experience with Veeva Vault CRM/Veeva CRM and strong skills in CRM integrations, data governance, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

7+ years designing, implementing, or supporting CRM solutions in life sciences.
5+ years with Veeva Vault CRM/Veeva CRM with hands-on architecture experience.
Strong understanding of CRM integrations, data flows, and enterprise patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRM architecture for implementations, enhancements, migrations and rollouts.
Define architecture across Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Design integration strategies with data platforms, MDM, analytics, and external services.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into design specs.
Provide architectural leadership during implementation, testing, and deployment.
Mentor CRM resources and guide project teams.
