Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty lines; global programs a plus.
• Ability to develop and negotiate pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for new business and renewals.
• Strong collaboration with underwriters, operations, claims, marketing, and leadership.
• Implement pricing and rate strategies to support profitability and growth.
• Build and manage producer and customer relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities within production sources.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, pricing, and applying them to underwriting profit.
• Strong underwriting process knowledge and risk analysis skills.
• Ability to interact with clients at all levels and collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of technical issues, compliance, coverage, products, and pricing strategies.
