• Attorneys in the Technology Transactions and Licensing Group collaborate closely with the firm's corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax lawyers to negotiate complex agreements for clients across a broad spectrum of industries.
• The Technology Transactions and Licensing Group handles hundreds of complex joint ventures, strategic alliances, outsourcing, and licensing transactions each year, some of which span international borders.
