Job summary

Accenture Consulting is partnering with life sciences leaders to reinvent their end-to-end supply chain, focusing on PLM, CMC, and technology-enabled transformations. The role targets Principal Director level professionals driving strategic growth and client value.

You will lead diverse, global teams, shape value levers for PLM/CMC reinvention, and steer thought leadership across Life Sciences development and manufacturing, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience scoping and delivering Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory solutions across the value chain and multiple modalities.
• 5+ years of experience at a management consulting or strategy consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with a focus on PLM and digital CMC.
• Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations leveraging deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, tech transfer, and data-driven approaches.
• Understand business value levers for PLM and CMC reinvention across pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech and beyond.
• Manage business development opportunities end to end to bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunities.
• Lead diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively leveraging AI and data capabilities.
