Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Principal Director to lead Life Sciences Supply Chain engagements, driving transformation and technology advisory across the value chain for top pharma/biotech clients. You will shape strategy, manage large programs, and guide multi-disciplinary teams globally to deliver value.

You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, oversee business development, and apply industry expertise in PLM, CMC, and AI-enabled change management to accelerate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Life Sciences transformation and technology advisory solutions across the value chain.
• Minimum of 5 years in a management or strategy consulting firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales origination and project delivery in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing with focus on PLM and digital CMC.
• Support sales and delivery of business and technology transformations using deep industry expertise in PLM, CMC, data as a product and AI-enabled transformation.
• Manage business development opportunities end to end and bring innovative solutions to clients.
• Lead diverse global Accenture teams to deliver project work leveraging AI and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Provide executive-level communications to manage client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
