Job summary

Inizio Ignite, Putnam seeks a Senior Consultant (Case Team Leader) to help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants on client projects across pharma and biotechnology.

You will work with Managers and Partners to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable recommendations, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to top industry clients in San Francisco and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of consulting or pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Project and people management experience.
• Pharma/biotech industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand problems and refine hypotheses.
• Structure complex strategic and analytical problems.
• Lead daily operations and synthesize analyses into findings and recommendations.
