The role requires 6–7 years of top-tier experience with a leading consulting firm or direct industry leadership, strong people management, and the ability to generate business with executives.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience as a top performer with a leading consulting firm in life sciences or direct industry leadership with strategic responsibilities and rigorous analytics.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Experience in business development and client management.

Responsibilities

• Understand client strategic needs and produce analytics and insights that inform recommendations.
• Lead teams of Consultants and Associate Consultants; translate insights into compelling storylines and presentations.
• Develop proposals and contribute to thought leadership and industry insights.
