L.E.K. Consulting, a premier strategy firm, seeks a Manager for its U.S. Life Sciences practice in Boston.

You will lead engagements, develop teams, and drive growth strategy, commercial strategy, diligence, and transaction support for biotech and pharma clients. You will manage case teams and client relationships to deliver high-impact insights and opportunities. Competenze

• Advanced degree from a top-ranked school is preferred (MBA, MPH, Ph.D., M.D., Pharm.D., or similar).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, with demonstrated project and team management experience.
• Experience serving life sciences clients and investors across biopharma, with exposure to growth strategy, commercial strategy, diligence, or related advisory work.
• Ability to lead workstreams, manage client-facing efforts, structure analysis, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across analytical, project management, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client presence and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
