Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences commercial experience across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, market access, patient services, or commercial ops/transformation topics
• 5+ years of strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal corporate strategy role
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams to help life sciences organizations make critical commercial decisions.
• Drive asset/brand strategy, launch planning, portfolio growth, and market access initiatives.
• Translate strategic recommendations into operating model, process, governance, and capability implications.
• Identify AI, analytics, automation, copilots, or agentic workflows to improve decision-making.
• Facilitate client discussions and synthesize research into executive-ready recommendations.
• Shape objectives into clear workplans, hypotheses, analyses, and deliverables.
• Lead teams of analysts/consultants to produce high-quality outputs.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, feedback, and next steps.
