Accenture in the United States is seeking a Manager in the Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise practice to lead strategy work across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, and market access for pharma, biotech, and medtech clients.

You will shape operating models, governance, and processes, and explore AI/data-enabled reinvention to improve commercial decision-making and execution across markets and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset/brand strategy, launch, or market access.
• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams to guide commercial decisions from launch to growth.
• Manage asset/brand strategy, market access, and operating model initiatives.
• Guide teams of analysts/consultants to produce client-ready outputs.
• Support AI/data-enabled strategy and reinvention work.
