Job summary

EVERSANA Management Consulting is hiring for an Associates role, an early-career position focused on researching and developing life science client recommendations as part of project teams. You will gain client exposure from the start, applying analytical skills and scientific background to develop client recommendations.

The role offers growth opportunities in areas like Brand Strategy, Launch, and Market Access, with travel and demanding deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably focused on life science consulting.
• Possess a learning mindset; able to learn quickly and demonstrate a passion for learning.
• Strong research & analytical skills, ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task & deliver high quality outputs under time pressured deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key member of project teams conducting primary and secondary research, performing quantitative & qualitative analysis to generate insights against the client objective.
• Support in the structure & development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format including integrating analysis and telling the story in a clear, effective manner.
• Attend client meetings and present key elements where applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.
• Interview client’s customers, competitors, suppliers, etc. as this work will become the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
• All other duties as assigned.
