You will work across multiple practice areas, develop hypothesis-driven solutions, and deliver templated analyses to support client engagements with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or MD is required for consideration.
• Available to start February, June, July, or August 2027.
• Ability to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams and provide thought partnership on complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space.
• Work across our practice areas to learn the full breadth of life sciences strategy consulting.
• Conduct complex problem-solving using a hypothesis-based approach.
• Create templated outputs to support project deliverables.
• Manage a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight.
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decisions.
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
