Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners, a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm based in Boston, seeks a PhD- or MD-qualified professional to address strategic questions for biopharma clients. You will work across multiple practice areas, develop hypothesis-driven solutions, and deliver templated analyses to support client engagements with a hybrid work model.

Role Overview

At ClearView, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment, interact with a dynamic group of colleagues, present to clients in critical business situations, and develop a deep understanding of the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry. You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.

• Work across a variety of our practice areas learning the full breadth of life sciences strategy consulting
• Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
• Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverable
• Conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Qualifications

• This position requires a PhD in life sciences or an M.D. for consideration
• You must be available to start in the role in February, June, July, or August 2027
• Ability to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems
• Hybrid work model

• 100% in office during onboarding and training (5 weeks)
• 80% through the end of month 9
• 50% following month 9

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and 5 weeks of training before being staffed on your first client project.
