Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Life Sciences Senior Analyst in Boston to address strategic questions for biopharma clients. You will conduct hypothesis-driven problem solving, build forecast models, and communicate recommendations to inform client strategy.

You will work in a hybrid model with in-office onboarding and progressive reduction in in-office days over time. The role requires 18 months of life sciences consulting experience, a life sciences degree, and strong English

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• At least 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting.
• Demonstrated consulting experience across client projects.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct problem-solving through hypothesis-based approaches.
• Lead or support workstreams with moderate oversight.
• Create and use analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support decisions.
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy.
