You'll build lasting relationships with owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders, and lead tailored presentations, coordinating with estimating and operations to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in biotech, pharma, healthcare, or institutional environments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals year over year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and architects.
• Drive sales across ISEC’s core scopes of work: lab furniture, airflow systems, scientific equipment, specialty flooring, and installation services.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities in target markets, including life sciences, higher education, healthcare, and government sectors.
• Network through client meetings, industry events, and affiliations with local construction and real estate organizations.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from business development to estimating and operations teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client needs and ISEC’s business goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly, resolving issues, and meeting all client commitments.
• Represent and advocate for ISEC’s brand and commitment to a world-class customer experience.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory as needed.
