• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading biotech/pharma/medical device projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the practice's strategic plan.
• Oversee design execution for advanced biotech facilities.
• Lead proposals for labs, pilot plants, and GMP spaces.
