You will lead cross-disciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and process disciplines, ensure GMP/FDA/EMA compliance, and develop market strategies with the Science & Technology group. This hybrid role blends leadership, business development, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences facility design with leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the practice's strategic plan aligned with corporate goals.
• Establish design standards and quality benchmarks for life science projects.
• Oversee design execution for biotech facilities ensuring GMP/compliance.
• Lead proposals for labs, pilot plants, and GMP manufacturing spaces.
• Represent the company at biotech forums and client engagements.
• Mentor design teams across architecture, engineering, and process disciplines.
